The cartoon, in its past and present form, remains in poor taste. I cannot help to think of better ways to express the outrage.
I am outraged. How can this happen … and why haven’t people run into the streets protesting. We live in an age of indifference where such things are written, drawn and distributed without forethought.
In reviewing the context of the current social fabric, for which this cartoon was drawn, the combination of a de-evolving economy, rising unemployment, growing resentment, and spiraling debt, illuminates a generation disillusioned by security driven issues. Why are we, as a country, so pre-occupied with guns & our own security?
Anarchy. As the political state collapses, anarchy shall rise. One can’t help but feast on the remains of the capitalist society. The bile corpse still stinks. It needs to be removed and replaced with a suitable replacement. … I am outraged too, but I have to go to high school now.
